Caipirinha – Similar to a margarita, the caipirinha (kye-pee-reen-ya) is made with hand muddled lime, sugar and Espirito XVI cachaça (a Brazilian spirit crafted from freshly pressed sugar cane juice). Shaken at the table, this bright and refreshing drink is the national cocktail of Brazil and has been deemed a “Contemporary Classic” by the International Bartenders Association.
