Rodney Strong Alexzander Valley Cabernet (Sonoma 2013)– Sustainably farmed and imminently drinkable, this is what we drink at home. $40

Argyle Pinot Noir (Williamette Valley, Oregon 2013) – If you are not a “Big” wine drinker this fantastic Pinot is right up your alley. Pinot Noir tend to be thinner than Cabs and Merlots, with the fruit being more cherry and other bright flavors –$40


Mixed Drinks



Blood Orange Martini– Boteco Cane Vodka (freshly pressed Brazilian sugar cane vodka imported by Danville based, Ambrabev), Lemonade, Blood orange Bitters.

Key Lime Martini– Boteco Lime Vodka, Rumchata, Lime Juice and Agave Nectar.

Cajun Martini– Boteco Lime Vodka, Celery Salt, Worcestershire, Hot Sauce.

Classic Martini– Bulldog Gin, a whisper of Dry Vermouth, Stirred Not Shaken (The only thing Ian Fleming got wrong). Olives or Lime.

Cosmopolitan– Boteco Cane Vodka, Orange Liqueur, Cranberry Juice, Lime.


Caipirinha – Similar to a margarita, the caipirinha (kye-pee-reen-ya) is made with hand muddled lime, sugar and Espirito XVI cachaça (a Brazilian spirit crafted from freshly pressed sugar cane juice). Shaken at the table, this bright and refreshing drink is the national cocktail of Brazil and has been deemed a “Contemporary Classic” by the International Bartenders Association. Add blueberries or strawberries +$1.00.

Margarita – Casa Sauza Reposado Tequila, Orange Liqueur, Tres Agavaes Organic Lime and Agave Nectar .

Classic Manhattan– Maker’s Mark, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters.

Gin Rickey – Bulldog Gin, Lime Juice, Club Soda.

House Bloody Mary – Danville made Wilderness Trace Vodka, from scratch Bloody Mary Mix, Olive and Peperoncinis. Served in a pint glass.
